Frontline News
Frontline News was an internal monthly newsletter created for IKEA’s Customer Support Centre, where I worked from 2011-2018. It contained news, announcements, interviews, event photos and short articles about IKEA history and Swedish culture. It was designed to both inform IKEA co-workers about updates relevant to their role, but also to give the rest of the business an insight into how the Customer Support Centre operates. I edited Frontline News from 2016-2017.
